Did you know that several herbs are actually good for your health and fertility? One that I LOVE is THYME. It has many flavonoids that are great antioxidants. Thyme is also rich in manganese which is essential for pregnancy and carrying full-term. It also causes DHA (an omega 3 fatty acid) to increase. DHA is so important for conception and the development of your baby’s brain and eyes (retina). So, don’t hesitate to use Thyme in your recipes!
